  1. I can one-up your poor experience at a Best Western. I got stuck in a bathroom (door was jammed shut) in a nightgown and without my glasses or contacts. Fortunately my boyfriend at the time was there and was able to call the front desk to have someone come. They lied about someone being on-site to help (took forever!). The guy who came had to take the door off the hinges to get me out. The desk clerk the next morning (who happened to be the same person when we checked in the prior day) did not apologize or sympathize and said we would have to call back later to speak to a manager. She was a total b*tch!
