Episode 5: More Travel then Knitting

Welcome to Episode 5: More Travel then Knitting

Jetsetting:

Hello Mother Nature!!  Canceled all flights on Friday and we drove to Boston after a 14 hour work day, got locked out of ops room, had to sleep in the car in the parking garage, caught 6 am out of BOS before nasty part of storm showed up.  Had lunch, made our connection! yea!

Spent the day over in Corpus Christi, USS Lexington Aircraft Carrier(yea me), dinner at Texas Roadhouse, my favorite!

Drove 3 hours to SAT, got lost trying to return rental car, checked in, LGK had a great day at the checkpoint, Got to ORD with no seat as the flight was overbooked,(ugh first time I pay for a ticket in 10 years and I still have no seat until 2 minutes to flight time) but made it!!! YEA!!  Got to BOS, all flights canceled home, had to get a rental car and drive all the way back to Maine... what a whirlwind!

  1. Whoa I think I would have done the same thing and just gave up and slept in the car.
I hope you have a camera so you can record some at the festival or at the very least get some pictures. :)

  3. I'm glad to hear you all made it home safely! Thanks for the review of the try it on tubing- I've never heard of it before. Also- where did you get your labels that you put on your handmade stuff, those are really cute!
